[BSOProdOrder] Production Order (end user guide)


 

You can edit the order-related BOM according to the same schema as the master data BOM.

Changes to the order-related BOM do not affect the corresponding master data BOM. You are always working on a copy that you can customize order-related.


  • Actual quantity: Material consumption (input quantity). Results from the sum of all the withdrawal postings in the "Intermediate products-> Input -> Posting" history tab (across all batches).
  • Actual quantity (UOM): Material consumption in the base unit of measure.
  • Difference quantity:  = Actual quantity - Target quantity

A.1) Target Input QuantityPlanned quantity. Amount of material required for the planned order size.
A.2) Actual Input Quantity

Total amount consumed.

Column B: Total products
B.1) Target Input QuantityInput quantity which is required according to the standard BOM for the resulting product (good quantity + scrap).
B.2) Actual Input QuantityTotal quantity consumed (Same field as A.2)
B.3) Difference to actual inputDifference A.2) - B.1)
B.4) Deviation to actual input %Deviation between B.1) and B.2) in percent.
  Column C: Good Products
C.1) Target Input QuantityInput quantity which, according to the standard BOM, is required for the resulting usable product (good quantity).
C.2) Actual Input QuantityTotal quantity consumed (Same field as A.2)
C.3) Difference to actual inputDifference A.2) - C.1)
C.4) Deviation to actual input %Deviation between C.1) and C.2) in percent.
Column D: Scrapped Products
D.1) Target Input QuantityInput quantity which is required according to the standard BOM for the resulting scrap.

Column E: Total Final Products

E.1) Target Input QuantityInput quantity which is required according to the standard BOM for the resulting end product (good quantity + scrap). The end product is the last production stage within a production order.
